Without exception, you must check out of the building by 11:00 a.m. If your flight is after that time, we will help you store your luggage until 4:00 p.m. You can return for your luggage before 4:00 p.m. and receive it at reception. This information is very important to avoid inconveniences upon arrival. You must present your identification document to make the entry registration. No modifications are allowed once the information has been sent.11. To analyze requests for modification of dates of confirmed reservations, the request must be made at least 30 days before the arrival date of the already confirmed reservation.
