It is important to note the following before booking:

1. This accommodation only has a maximum accommodation for 7 guests including minors. No more guests will be allowed after this number. Please refrain from doing so to avoid inconveniences for yourself and us.

2. The base rate is for 4 guests, after that each additional guest has a charge. Please correctly indicate the accommodation according to the ages so that the correct rate is displayed.

3. Only one pet is allowed at an extra cost at all times. For this, you must indicate in the accommodation the pet you wish to enter so that the price includes the surcharge. If you come to the accommodation with more than one pet, we may not allow their entry and your reservation may be cancelled without refund.

4. Upon arrival you must pay $15,000 COP per person for the registration and access control bracelets.

5. The parking service is subject to availability at the time of arrival.

1. Only registered people can enter and use the facilities. Under no circumstances will people outside the reservation be allowed to enter. Visitors are not allowed. 2. Upon arrival you must pay $5,000COP per person for the registration and access control bracelets. 3. It is a very residential rest area, not suitable for parties and social gatherings. 4. The lock is digital so you can enter the apartment independently. 5. The pools and wet areas can be used from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. 6. Pool maintenance is done on Mondays or Tuesdays if it is a holiday weekend. 7. If your flight is before the apartment check-in time of 3:00 p.m., you can check-in to enter the building from 11:00 a.m., we will help you store your luggage until you check in. 8. Without exception, you must check out of the building at 11am. If your flight is after that time, we will help you store your luggage until 4:00pm. You can return for your luggage before 4:00pm and receive it at the front desk. YOU MAY NOT STAY INSIDE THE BUILDING. 9. 24 hours before arrival, we will request the information of all guests (names and identification numbers) to send to the condominium administration and authorize your entry. This information is very important to avoid inconveniences upon arrival. You must present your identification in order to check in. 10. To analyze requests to modify the dates of confirmed reservations; the request must be made at least 30 days before the arrival date of the already confirmed reservation.
