ALL GUESTS OVER 9 YEARS OLD MUST PAY AT RECEPTION THE VALUE OF THE BRACELET CHARGED BY THE BUILDING OF $55,000 COP. 4. It is a very residential resting place, not suitable for parties and social gatherings. 5. The lock is digital, so anyone who enters the apartment may be able to do so independently. 6. The pools and wet areas may be used from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. 7. During pool maintenance some of the pools will be closed, on weekends and holidays all pools will be in operation. 8. If your flight is before the check-in time at 3:00 pm, you can check-in to enter the building from 12:00 pm (noon), we will help you store your luggage until the time of check-in to the apartment. 9. Without exception, you must check out of the building at 11 am, in such case if your flight is after that time we will help you store your luggage until 4:00 pm at the latest, you can return for your luggage and receive it at the reception. YOU MAY NOT STAY INSIDE THE BUILDING. 10. 24 hours before arrival, the information of all guests (names and identification numbers) will be requested to send to the administration of the condominium and authorize your entry, this information is very important to avoid inconveniences upon arrival; you must present your identification document to be able to check in. 11. All minors without exception must be accompanied by their legal guardian(s) or, failing that, must present an authenticated permit from their guardian(s) in order to enter the accommodation. 12. To analyze requests for modification of dates of confirmed reservations; the request must be made at least 30 days before the arrival date of the already confirmed reservation.
