The apartment is inspired by the Caribbean Sea, all blues that inspire the tranquility of its waters and denote a typical Caribbean atmosphere of the coast. We have worked hard to meet the Biosecurity requirements for all our guests, which is why we have a professional team of people who, together with highly rigorous and sophisticated cleaning procedures, offer a highly safe service.

It is important to note the following before booking:

1. Upon arrival you must pay an additional cost not included in the reservation of $50,000 COP per person from 9 years old; this amount is charged directly by the condominium to each visitor and is paid only once per stay by debit card, credit card or bank transfer; cash is not accepted.

2. Only one pet is allowed at an extra cost at all times, for this you must indicate in the accommodation the pet you wish to bring in so that the price includes the surcharge; if you come to the accommodation with more than one pet, we may not allow their entry and your reservation may be cancelled without refund.

3. This accommodation only has maximum accommodation for 4 guests.

The apartment is located in the Reserva Del Mar building; it is a 19-story condominium made up of 4 towers in an exclusive area where you can enjoy the tranquility and also have direct access to the beach internally from the condominium's ecological trail.

The spaces that make up the condominium are: -Adult and children's pool with slide, 19th floor, Tower 1 -Semi-Olympic adult pool, 19th floor, Tower 3 -Jacuzzi area, 19th floor, Tower 2 -Jacuzzi area, 19th floor, Tower 3 -Bar, 19th floor -BBQ, 19th floor -Restaurant, 18th floor -Children's play area, 18th floor -TV area, 18th floor -Gym, 18th floor -Soccer fields, 18th floor -Adult and children's pool, 1st floor, Tower 4 -Lounge room, 1st floor, Tower 4 -Cafe/Bar area, 1st floor, Tower 4 -Jacuzzis, 1st floor, Tower 4 -Beach area, 1st floor (Internal path, 1st floor) -Beach kiosks -Beach tents -Beach bar These operate according to the schedule and availability of each area.

1. Only registered persons may enter and use the facilities. Under no circumstances will persons outside the reservation be allowed to enter. Visitors are not allowed.

2. Pets are not allowed except for service or emotional support animals; for this, the respective certificates must be presented at the reception to allow the entry of the pet.

3. ALL GUESTS OVER 8 YEARS OLD MUST PAY AT THE RECEPTION THE VALUE OF THE BRACELET CHARGED BY THE BUILDING OF $50,000 COP.

4. It is a very residential resting place, not suitable for parties and social gatherings.

5. The lock is digital so you can enter the apartment independently.

6. The pools and wet areas can be used from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

7. Pool maintenance is done as follows: on TUESDAYS for the small pool and the children's pool, on WEDNESDAYS for the large pool, so the respective pool will not be serviced on those days.

8. If your flight is before the apartment check-in time of 3:00 pm, you can check in to enter the building from 11:00 am, we will help you store your luggage until you enter the apartment.

9. Without exception, you must check out of the building at 11 am, in such case if your flight is after that time we will help you store your luggage until 4:00 pm, you can return for your luggage before 4:00 pm and receive it at reception. YOU MAY NOT STAY INSIDE THE BUILDING.

10. 24 hours before arrival, all guests' information (names and identification numbers) will be requested to be sent to the condominium administration and to authorize their entry. This information is very important to avoid inconveniences upon arrival; you must present your identification document in order to check in.

11. To analyze requests to modify the dates of confirmed reservations; the request must be made at least 30 days before the arrival date of the already confirmed reservation.
