1. Upon arrival you must pay an additional cost not included in the reservation of $50,000 COP per person from 9 years old; this amount is charged directly by the condominium to each visitor and is paid only once per stay by debit card, credit card or bank transfer; cash is not accepted.
2. This accommodation only has maximum accommodation for 8 guests including minors, no more guests will be allowed after this number, please refrain from this to avoid inconveniences for yourself and us.
3. Only one pet is allowed at an extra cost at all times, for this you must indicate in the accommodation the pet you wish to bring in so that the price includes the surcharge; if you show up at the accommodation with more than one pet, we may not allow your entry and your reservation may be cancelled without refund.

4. This is a place of rest, very residential, not suitable for parties and social gatherings.
5. The lock is digital, so your entry to the apartment can be autonomous.
6. The pools and wet areas can be used from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
7. During the maintenance of the pools, some will be closed. On weekends and holidays, all pools will be operational.
8. If your flight is before the apartment check-in time of 3:00 p.m., you can check in to enter the building from 12:00 p.m. (noon). We will help you store your luggage until the apartment check-in time.
9. Without exception, you must check out of the building by 11:00 a.m. If your flight is after that time, we will help you store your luggage until a maximum of 4:00 p.m. You can return for your luggage and receive it at reception. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REMAIN INSIDE THE BUILDING.
10. 24 hours before arrival, the data of all guests (names and identification document numbers) will be requested to send to the condominium administration and authorize their entry. This information is very important to avoid inconveniences upon arrival. You must present your identification document to make the entry registration.
11. All minors without exception must be accompanied by their legal guardian(s) or, failing that, must present an authenticated permit from the guardians to enter the lodging.
12. To analyze requests for modification of dates of confirmed reservations, the request must be made at least 30 days before the arrival date of the already confirmed reservation.
