24 hours before arrival you must send the full list of guest names and ID numbers (passport numbers for foreigners). If not provided, your check-in will not be processed on arrival day and you will need to wait until the next day. Upon registration, a COP 5,000 wristband fee per person is required. This is not included in the booking price and is mandatory to access the building and apartment. No visitors are allowed under any circumstances; only guests on the reservation may enter. Access to the apartment is via keycard. Only one card is issued; no spare or additional card will be provided. Lost card fee: COP 100,000. Self check-in may be provided via a one-time access code. After initial entry, you must continue using the keycard left in the apartment. Requests to modify dates of confirmed reservations must be submitted at least 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. If your flight arrives before apartment check-in (3:00 pm), you may check in to the building from 12:00 pm (noon); we will store your luggage until apartment access time. Minors must be accompanied by their legal guardian(s) or present a notarized authorization from their guardians to enter the accommodation. Laundry service (wash & dry) is an add-on and must be scheduled the same day between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm.
