1. All guests must provide their full names and surnames, as well as their national identification number, at least 24 hours before arrival for registration. Foreign guests must provide their full names and surnames along with their passport number. For foreign nationals, the only valid document for registration is the passport. Failure to meet these requirements may result in the cancellation of your reservation without refund. 2. Parking is subject to availability and a parking spot is not guaranteed. 3. Without exception, you must check out of the building by 11am. If your flight is after this time, we can store your luggage until 4:00pm at the latest. You can return to collect your luggage and receive it at the reception. YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO STAY INSIDE THE BUILDING. 4. All minors must be accompanied by their legal guardian(s) or must provide a notarized permit from their guardians to be allowed entry. 5. Requests to modify confirmed reservation dates must be submitted at least 30 days before the original arrival date. Information Note – Documentation Rules for Entry In order to comply with current regulations in Colombia and to ensure the safety of all our guests, it is mandatory that each person registered in the reservation presents a valid identification document at check-in. Accepted documents: For Colombian nationals: • Adults: National ID card. • Minors: Civil birth certificate or identity card. • Minors must be accompanied by their legal guardians. • If the guardians are not present, a notarized permit signed by the parents or legal representatives must be presented. For foreigners: • Valid passport. • Foreigner ID card. • Stay permit or Temporary Protection Permit (PPT), if they have a pending or special immigration status. Important: • Without presenting valid documents, entry to the accommodation will be denied. • In such cases, the reservation will be cancelled without the right to a refund. Information Note – Common areas of the building The building has security cameras in common areas managed by the building administration. Their operation and data handling comply with Colombian personal data protection regulations (Law 1581 of 2012 and other applicable regulations).
