Informational Note – Documentation Rules for Entry To comply with current regulations in Colombia and ensure the safety of all our guests, every person listed in the reservation is required to present a valid identity document at check-in. Accepted documents: For Colombian nationals: Adults: Citizenship ID card. Minors: Civil birth certificate or ID card. Minors must be accompanied by their legal guardians. If the guardians are not present, an authenticated permit signed by the parents or legal representatives and notarized must be presented. For foreigners: Valid passport. Foreign ID card. Permit of stay or Temporary Protection Permit (PPT), if migration status is pending or special. Important: Entry will be denied without valid documents.
