Visitors are not allowed. Access to the apartment is authorized only for guests who are duly registered on the reservation. 2. Maximum capacity: the apartment allows a maximum of 6 guests, with no exceptions. 3. Important notes before booking: 1. Upon arrival, you will be required to pay an additional fee not included in the reservation of $60,400 COP per person from age 9 and up. This fee is charged directly by the condominium to every visitor and must be paid only once per stay via debit card, credit card, or bank transfer; cash is not accepted. 2. This accommodation only provides maximum lodging for 8 guests including minors. No more guests will be allowed beyond this number, so please refrain from exceeding this limit to avoid inconvenience. 3. Only one pet is allowed with an extra charge at all times. You must indicate your pet when booking so the price includes the surcharge; if you arrive with more than one pet, entry may be denied and your reservation may be cancelled without refund. Accepted documents: For Colombian nationals: • Adults: Citizen ID card. • Minors: Civil birth certificate or identity card. • Minors must be accompanied by their legal guardians. • If legal guardians are not present, an authenticated permit issued by a notary signed by the parents or legal representatives must be presented. For foreigners: • Valid passport. • Foreigner identification card. • Stay permit or Temporary Protection Permit (PPT), in case of pending or special migration status. Important: • Without the presentation of valid documents, entry to the accommodation will be denied. • In such cases, the reservation will be cancelled without the right to a refund.
