Only persons registered on the reservation may enter. Visitors are not allowed. 2. Only one pet is allowed at an additional cost. Bringing in unregistered pets may result in cancellation without a refund. 3. This is a residential, family-oriented building. Parties and social gatherings are not permitted. 4. The apartment has a digital lock for self-access. 5. The pools and wet areas are open from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. 6. Some pools may be temporarily closed for maintenance. All pools are typically open on weekends and holidays. 7. Check-in is from 12:00 p.m. Luggage storage is available until check-in time (3:00 p.m.). 8. Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. at the latest. Luggage storage is available until 4:00 p.m., but guests are not permitted to remain in the building after check-out time. 9. Guest information and documents must be submitted 24 hours prior to arrival to authorize access to the building. 10. Date change requests must be made at least 30 days prior to check-in and are subject to approval. In compliance with Law 679 of 2001 and Law 1336 of 2009, sex tourism and the commercial sexual exploitation of minors are prohibited in Colombia. Any violations will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
