El ingreso de mascotas no registradas puede generar cancelación sin reembolso. 3. El edificio es residencial y familiar. No se permiten fiestas ni reuniones sociales. 4. El apartamento cuenta con cerradura digital para ingreso autónomo. 5. Las piscinas y zonas húmedas funcionan de 9:00 a.m. a 7:00 p.m. 6. Algunas piscinas pueden cerrar temporalmente por mantenimiento. Fines de semana y festivos normalmente estarán habilitadas todas. 7. El ingreso al edificio puede realizarse desde las 12:00 p.m. Se ofrece guardaequipaje hasta la hora de check-in (3:00 p.m.). 8. El check-out es máximo a las 11:00 a.m. Se ofrece guardaequipaje hasta las 4:00 p.m., pero no está permitido permanecer dentro del edificio después de la salida. 9. Los datos y documentos de todos los huéspedes deben enviarse 24 horas antes de la llegada para autorizar el ingreso al edificio. 10. Las solicitudes de cambio de fechas deben realizarse mínimo 30 días antes del check-in y estarán sujetas a aprobación.
